🚗 Driving Times

All times approximate from Paraza; may vary with traffic. Summer weekends can be busier on coastal routes. Most destinations have free parking, though Carcassonne and Béziers may require paid parking centrally.

🏘️ Visits Outside Big Towns

Small villages and rural attractions often have limited or irregular hours. Check what's open before setting out, and make restaurant reservations, especially for lunch, as many places close between services or on certain days.

This guide is just a starting point. Ask locals for their recommendations, explore the villages that catch your eye, and take the roads less travelled. The Languedoc rewards curiosity.
